  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a mixing dish, combine the oil, salt, and pepper. Toss in the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes in the oven and bake, then shake the sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the sprouts in a serving dish with the balsamic vinegar and toss to coat.
  5. Bacon should be sprinkled on top.
