Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsps Food of Ages Avocado Oil
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground
- 10 ounces trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsps cooked bacon crumbles (Optional)
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a mixing dish, combine the oil, salt, and pepper. Toss in the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Cook for 5 minutes in the oven and bake, then shake the sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Toss the sprouts in a serving dish with the balsamic vinegar and toss to coat.
- Bacon should be sprinkled on top.
