Ingredients
- 5 halved, pitted, and peeled avocados
- 1/4 cup Food of Ages Avocado Oil
- 2 tsps Food of Ages Extra
- 1/4 cup lime juice,
- freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Chips made from sweet potatoes
- Sour cream as a garnish
Preparation
- Pulse avocados until chunky in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil, lime juice, and salt while the motor is running.
- Stir together the avocado mixture, cilantro, basil, and parsley in a medium mixing basin.
- Serve with sweet potato chips and a sour cream drizzle.
